Hi,

I'm running PM 6.5+ on a PC. Suddenly today I notice that every item time I place an object into my publication (photos, boxes, polygons, etc)they automatically place with a text wrap around them. This is annoying because it complicates what should be a smooth, easy function. It bugs me as well because I don't know what started this - it never happened before.
Any help much appreciated.

Hello,
Could be that the default has been changed in the doc.
With no docs open check the text wrap option. If the boxes to apply a text wrap is chosen then a text wrap will be applied to every item placed.
Just choose the no text wrap and close the boxes.
All new doc will now have no text wrap applied but the doc you started with this set as default will stay that way.
Good luck.

Normally, this doesn´t happen if the objects are placed directly
(without a frame). Text and objects can be positioned independently,
even overlapping. ---Gernot
