First off let me explain the problem. I have about 6 users that need constant access to about 350 emails. So to alievate the problem of the "I didn't gets" I "drag and dropped" all these email into a network directory. I then created an access database that stores hyperlinks to the emails. So now they can search the database for a particular title and click the hyperlink to view it. This worked great for a while. Now some of the hyperlinks give the error "ItemOpen token failed." So after a little investigation I find that any .gwi file (that is the extenstion given to a mail that is dragged into the network directory) that is over 3kb large gives this error. If it is 3kb or less there is no problems the email opens and everybody's happy. So if you have any idea's that would help it would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, I am running GW5.5 on an NT machine with novell security.(the build on the nt is 4.0 or greater).
