I want to display on each line of the invoice whether the item is taxable or exempt. The information is entered on the sales invoice entry screen but I can't figure out how to add it to show on the printed invoice.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sadly there is no Inventory Item Taxable field available within the forms designer. You would need to use someother field or use Crystal Report to create your own invoice.

If you choose to use another field, example: Item Type field. Using Maintain Inventory change the Item Type to Yes/No depending if its taxable or not.

Using the forms designer, add a column to your form and change the header text to Taxable. Then resize the columns so it fits on the page correctly.

Save the new invoice with a new filename. When you print your invoices select the new form you just created.

You will loose the ability to use Item Type within reports, as it was designed to do. But that is the trade off.

Regards,
