Item location file maintenance

I am currently on Macola 7.6.200-SQL.
I have recently noticed that the item location files do not update the date or quantity last sold feilds when sold through order entry. The last time the feild was updated was about a year ago, and I was not here so I have no knowledge of an event that may have effected this problem.
All other history feilds in the IM LOC file seem to be working fine.
I have looked at the module setup files and did not see anything that may have an effect on these feilds.
Where do I go from here?

When are you expecting these fields to be updated?

These fields are updated not when an order is taken, but when an orider is shipped and the invoice is posted. Is this wat you are expecting?

I expect the feilds to update when invoicing occurs.
Currently a large number of the files (newer parts) have blank DLS and QLS feilds even after multiple transactions of order entry, shipping and invoicing. As I said above the last time they appear to have been updated was a year ago. I know from using other Macola data bases that these feilds do populate, but have no idea why they are not doing so at this time on this system.

There was an issue in a confirm ship environment that it didn't update those fields. Exact corrected it in 7.6.300.
