I am a complete novice when it comes to sharepoint but our company wants to use it for staff appraisals.
each individuals survey (appraisal) will be filled in by the members of his/her team and we want them to be able to see the survey results in graphical summary of reponses - we dont want to show them the individual who posted the response.
this is easy to set up in item level security.
but what i need is for management to be able to see the who posted the responses.
Can i set up item level security for different users?
