Does anyone have or know where to locate a sample IT staffing proposal? I need to submit a proposal by Friday.

ra123987,
You are a relatively new member of this site, but you already asked several questions on another forum on this site, and nice people invested their time and effort to research/think through/type their answers and solutions, to share their knowledge with you. They are not paid for it, they are members of this site just like you, and this site works both ways - you give and you receive the knowledge.

At the very least, you should take a moment to get back to those threads and give people the feedback - what did you try from those solutions, what worked, what not (it will also help other members who might later do research on the same questions), and thank them for their work. It would be especially nice to award stars to members that provided helpful responses and solutions (it's that link that says "Thank ThisPerson for this valuable post!" on the bottom of each post).

If you behave that way, you might get better reaction to your questions the next time.

Also, Googling for your question before starting a thread is very much encouraged on this site.

CarGoSki,
I think you've had one too many servings of coffee this morning.

Stella740pl,

I spent 4 hours yesterday on Google. that is why i went to the forums. It's very easy to find a proposal template. But i was looking for something a bit more specific in regards to staffing an IT person. So since this site is full of IT people, I figured it would be a valuable resource to check since google did not turn up to much.

I did find which is a pretty good site to find and share documents.

ra123987 - then you should post what/where you've already tried/searched, and what else you are looking for. Such as the information you've put in your second post.

Sorry to sound really silly but surely HR would be the best people to speak to, they must have a standard form that you need to submit or would know what info you need to include. If you haven't got a HR dept as some small companies do not, I would try a couple of Employment Websites instead.

If it was me I would just draw when up with what I thought should be in there and submit, if its wrong then you can always say well I asked HR, looked at advice on employee websites but wasn't quite sure. You could always amend it afterwards surely ? If its part of your job to submit this form then if you are not sure I would ask to go on a course to pepare one or go down your local library/book shop and see what is available.
