Hello,
So we know that the IT policy prevents sending emails from other non-work email addresses (yahoo, hotmail, etc). Whoever had it set up was able to at least receive emails (it is believe so) but they could not send at all from those type of email accounts. Now, with that IT policy in place, can a blackberry that's never had a third party email address in their blackberry have it again? I can add the AOL account and it successfully says it is the correct password but it does not show in the Homescreen, next to the work email envelope. Would the IT policy be preventing this as well? The provider contacted already and they're not sure. Thanks in advance
