Hi everyone-
We're an ISO9000 certified company; that means we've got procedures for many parts of our business. Our business is selling hardware and software of various sorts, and I've recently taken on the task of managing the sales process as projects. That means from pre-sales 'suspecting', through the prospecting and detailed analysis phases to the proposal, through development and implementation, and on into the support cycle.
What I'm hoping to do, is formalise project managament of course, but I really would like to do this in a way that dovetails with the ISO9000 headings.
I read Ince's book on ISO9001 & s/w qa a few years ago, and will get it from the Uni again soon, along with a newer book by Kehoe on ISO9000-3, but I'd be keen to hear if anyone has any experience in this sort of thing please? Jim Brown,
Johannesburg,
South Africa.
