Hi Everyone,
I have been giving some solutions to the customer but it don't seems to work?
Is there any suggetion for this issue?
The site is have Avaya Server Edition R11.0.4.1. I am trying to test Equinox softphone over VPN connection to the site. But got SIP 606 Not Acceptable error.
Monitor says not configured for Equinox SoftPhone. I have assigned that user to have an Office Worker License. Anything else I have missed please?
Please be aware we are not trying to use Equinox as a “remote worker”. We have got a VPN from my PC. I can PING the PABX LAN1 port (192.168.50.100). I think we are a “Office User”
Hope do get some resolutions from this...Have been trying and if cannot I will create a vendor service request?
