IT in the Music Industry

Are any of you IT guru's in the music industry?
I'm curious about the different types of IT jobs in the music industry and how they differ from my narrow vision of "normal IT jobs." (I'm IT in the healthcare/insurance field.)

I would love to move to Nashville, TN and work in the music industry but I don't even know where to begin to research what types of IT positions they utilize.

Info, links etc. that would shed light on this industry would be appreciated.

Corporate head quarters of recording firms would be a start. Or smaller field offices.
