Ran across the book "IT Ethics Handbook" by Stephen Northcutt in my local Fry's during the week.
Written by the director of training at the SANS Institute it appears to cover many of the ethical questions raised on the forum.
Costs a bit more than I would want to pay, but were I operating in some of the areas covered I would buy a copy.
