it cannot open hash file (C:\Inetpub\nntpfile\xover.hsh)

Hi everybody,
I get the following error message in the event viewer. Do you known how can I solve this problem? I am not clear about the meaning of "Rebuild this virtual server to resolve the problem". What had to do?

"Virtual server 1 cannot open the existing C:\Inetpub\nntpfile\xover.hsh hash file or cannot create a new one. This file is required for the server to operate. Rebuild this virtual server to resolve the problem. Error description: The system cannot find the path specified."
