Hello everyone,
A few months ago I had to reinstall windows for a PC, and in the process, there have been a few things that have been wonky, to say the least.
The most annoying issue is with Sound. Basically while watching videos online or whatever the sound will be fine and then become distorted or static.
There are a couple of temp fixes I can do to fix this:
1) simple reboot
2) Start > Sound Settings > Device Properties > Additional Device Properties and then once the window pops up I go to the Advanced Tab and change the Default Format from 2 Channel, 16 bit, 44100Hz (CD Quality) to 2 Channel, 16 bit, 44800Hz (DVD Quality) and Vice Versa.
Both temp fixes work for a while but looking for an overall resolution so that this is no longer an issue.
Any ideas?
