Good Morning! & Merry Christmas to all. I have been trying to find out why in Outlook 2003 I can't see any HTML driven e-mails that are sent to me. I have check all options within Outlook 2003 and they don't seem to remedy the issue. Any ideas?

Possibilities include the Junk Mail filter is set to very High and will only receive from a Safe List. You have set the options to read all mail in plain text (Tools, Options, Email Options button). Your Anti Virus is set to block all emails with HTML code or attachements. Your ISP is blocking them.

Regards: tf1

I have tried all the suggestions that you have given me, but I am still receiving e-mails that are HTML driven and I am not able to see them
