Issues with Outlook 2003 personal folders and Mailbox

I have a user that all her mail is being transferred out of her Mailbox to her personal folders. She does not know how she set it up to do that and I cannot figure out how to stop it. I also need to move all the mail from her personal folders back to her mailbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Email Accounts>View or Change

At the bottom where it says "Deliver new email to the following account" what does it say?

If your users mailboxes are supposed to be sitting on your mail server it should say "Mailbox- username"

Has she set up any rules?
