Have a customer using IP Office release 6.0.8. Right now, they are set up with a short code to allow the individual DID to display for outbound calls (1Nsi######e) where the #'s represent their NPA-NXX. This is working for most of the extensions. However, for some newly created extensions (same NPA-NXX, different 4-digit extension range) the main BTN is being outpulsed instead of the individual DID, even though they are using the main system ARS to dial out. Any ideas?

Issues with outbound caller ID

Perhaps your carrier hasn't updated the table that accepts outbound DIDs. I can't remember their term for it, but some carriers restrict and some let you send any number. I'm pretty sure they are all supposed to restrict but whatever.
