One of our clients has One-X Portal V8.1.92.28. It is running alongside an Avaya IP Office V8.1(67) with VM Pro V8.19102. both One-X & VM Pro are on the same server
Customer had reported an issue today where they can't access their messages through the mobile app on either iPhone v1.1.0.151 or Android v1.7.0.8495. The messages are showing on the App but when you select a message to listen to it crashes the iPhone App & displays a message on Android "Failed to fetch voicemail". You can listen to the messages on the PC using One-X portal still.
I have checked all modules in the Administrator page of One-X and all are showing as Green. I have even uninstalled the One-X software and re-installed it as Tech support advised...but in doing this I now have another issue!
When I try to login to the App on the iPhone it just sits there waiting to login. My Android App logs in straight away (still has same issue with listening to messages) but it allows me to login.
Am I missing something here, any help would be much appreciated
