Issues with Integration between Nortel and Shortel

We just integrated a new Shoretel to our Nortel CS1000M (81C) and have (2) issues with the Qsig.

1. Name and number work from the Shortel to the Nortel, but when calling from the Nortel to the Shortel, I do not see the name of the called extension.

2. Calling from the Nortel to the Shortel works! However, calling from the Shoretel to the Nortel, I see the call blip my Nortel line for a split second and the call drops. Below is my DChannel printout from the Nortel. I think it has to do with my TON: NATL. When I place a call between two Nortels, the TON is TON: CDP. Any ideas???

Resolved... Was not an issue in the Nortel, but a simple key click the vendor made in the Shoretel.

Do you know what the vendor changed in the Shortel? In case someone else comes across this, resolution information would be helpful.
