Having a strange issue with a hunt group on a BCM 50. It will hunt through the lines specified, however it will go the general delivery mail box before it hits the Queue Timeout. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Its set to the general VM box, however it appears the call is being routed to a differnt ext. Also if I change the Transfer callback timout, it seems to change the time out on the hunt. I really need all calls to go to the general VM after the Hunt group time out is reached.
I take that back, Transfer callback timout does nothing. However the hunt group does que into the ext 395 with is the voice mail atten, but it rolls into the ext 221 VM instead of 100.
