Issues with AntiSpam 2004 after installation of AntiVirus 2004

I've got an issue with a Windows ME box, after getting Norton Antivirus to install and activate. I tried installing AntiSPam 2004, I don't get an activation screen, so the product hasn't been activated. The GUI doesn't pop up either, Any ideas ?

What did Symantec say about the issue?

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Using the Automatic configuration check on their web site,
it said that the AntiSpam wasn't Activated, and wouldn't proceed any further. I was trying to find a tool akin to the RNav2003 tool, b/c I'm sure there's an AntiSpam registry entry I'm missing (I believe).
