Issues with 96X0 H323 phones.

Has anyone started to see their 9650's and 20's start to have issues with the hook switch not activating for dial tone?
The physical component is ok it's just possibly something on the circuit board of the phone.

Is there anything you can do about it? Send them to Avaya for repair or replace them for the newer 9600 type phones.
