Issues with 9621 phone with IP Office

Running R9.1
9621 phone.

Issue:
I cant find documentation on changing the amount of rows for the softkeys at the bottom of the screen.

I found a document that gives instructions on how to change this; but the instructions dont match up to what I see on the physical phone.

Any help or documentation would be appreciated.

You will find it as an option in IPO Manager under the user's or system's telephony\TUI settings.

In the phone it should be available under functions\phone user\display or similar.
