We have a customer who has problems with internal calls. When they call internally some users have the following issue:-
Extension 1 calls Extension 2 and extension 2 picks up the line is dead. Extension 1 hears ringing continue.
The users are hot desking users and it does not affect everyone. If the users log out of the base station and use the base number the calls work ok.
If they log in elsewhere they have the problem
