Has anyone upgraded a IP500v2 to R10.1 SP2 and have issues with 54xx phones not working properly? We've had 2 different phone systems that when we upgraded, the 54xx phones updated their firmware to R6. However, all of the programmable buttons do not work after the upgrade. You can get dial tone and the dial pad works to dial ok, but only the programmed buttons on the display do not function as well as the Message button. The fix on both was to downgrade to R10.1 SP1.
