One of the users reported that he is having issues while accessing lotus notes on the web, when he tries to access it, it says 'file does not exist'. He is having no issues while accessing lotus notes using the lotus notes client at the workplace. Can anyone please help me as to how I need to troubleshoot this issue? FYI, we are using lotus notes 8.0.
