Issues when transferring a call from outside to outside

We have a problem when transferring a call from an outgoing line to another outgoing line (Both Analogue Trunk Lines)
Although the 3rd parties end the call, the call is never terminated from the IP Office.
Therefore we have to manually steal the conversation after it is finished from the Call Status software.
How can this problem be solved?

you must have a reliable disconnect clear siganl on your analog trunks & set the necesary tick on your analog trunks if you wish to use them for trunk to trunk transfer.

your simptoms indicate that this is not the case, speak to your line provider to get this set
