Issues surrounding selling my ASP script

Hey all,

I'll just set the scene:
I've written a number of smallish ASP scripts, most of them I developed for my own website, so I give them away for free. However I recently wrote one for my site which was my biggest yet. I've added a big admin part to it as well so it can be easily customised and there's at least a couple of weeks work and over 2000 lines of code in there. So I thought it'd be reasonable enough to sell it rather than giving it away free.

The trouble is, how do I go about selling it?
i.e.
1) How can I receive payment in return for the script?
2) Is there a general license of use I can attach to it?
3) Is there any way of adding some way (eg encryption etc) to stop people just passing it on for free (I'm sounding like Bill Gates here)
4) Where's a good website to advertise it? My free stuff's gone on before but are there any other good places?

I'm sure lots of you here have sold your work so any help/tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a lot in advance! :)
