I attempted to make a new queue set, but upon trying to login the user gets "invalid entry".

If the user uses another set, he has no issues logging in. What did I do wrong?

Here is the broken TN:

Don't think it will solve the problem... But LHK is different...

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

I changed both lhk and lpk with no success.

What system has acquired the set?

Marc D.

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

It was acquired by Avaya Contact Center as a voice port, however this was wrong in and of itself, as the rest of the sets say either agent and supervisor. I removed the acquired set, but was unable still to login to the queue with the agent's 6 digit id, which works on other sets.

Do you have other working ACD phones in Zone 50?

I am attempting to acquire it through contact center, but when I do, it just says "Acquired logout". Other phones in zone 50 are working fine.

Maybe the following work:

- De-acquire and remove the programming in AACC
- Remove the TN
- Rebuild the TN
- Programm and re-acquire in AACC

If that doesn't work. Do the same but use a different TN. I have a problem in 1 of my AACC that I'm unable to remove the Voice port programming from AACC... Solution: Use other TN for the agent phone...

Not sure, but the not working set is missing the PUA/PUD in the CLS. Since RNPG is 0 it should be PUD and that's not showing in the CLS. Maybe I'm wrong and PUD isn't shown at all... And the SNFB is much shorter then the working set...

What is your system limit. You may have reached your licensed limit.

I am unsure what our limit is. I have opened a case with ArrowS3 as they should be able to fix this.

check the ACD 74924 for MAXP-- once this many agents logged in that is all that can log in at one time

MAXP is for the maximum sets configured not logged in.

Marc D.

It's in the ACD Q that you configured on Key 0. But that can't be the issue. MAXP is for the maximum number of sets configured for that Q. If the maximum was reached you can't configure the set to start with.

I may be wrong, but what I see is that you have the sets in 2 different zones. That indicates to me that they are on 2 different nodes and I done believe you can do that.

Node isn't zone related... you can have 200+ zones in the same node. Zones are for bandwidth management (Primarily).

Did you try another TN btw?
