I have to agree with holdmusic34 and intrigrant that you should get a proper BP to look at your problems out of more than the already stated reasons.
Who put your system in that you have these problems?
If you put it in yourself than you are the posterchild for us why not to do it.
We take our job serious and will make those problems either disappear or not even appear when we install a system properly. If you had an Avaya BP install your system call Avaya and tell them about it as we all like to get rid of BP's that give us a bad name and are just in it for the sale and leave customers hanging after that without proper support.
We all here that give advice are working for a BP and we help others
less experienced techs with their problems but we expect in return that they actually know the basics to help us help them. Basics in telephony and basics in networking are these days a must to make things work. Knowing how a system worked 10 years ago is of absolutely no help with the IPO any more and some training and sweating over manuals has to be done to catch up in the world of communications.
We also don't like wasting our time by giving advice and then having to explain in 20 posts how to apply it. So if you want to get your problem solved fast then hire a BP and go over the stuff with the tech that will come and fix it, that is saving you as well as us time and frustration.
If you rather have it solved for free start reading the 100,000+ pages of documentation that you can download for free.
