Issue with Windows server 2016

Hi.

I'm new in this forum.

I have and trouble with win2016 server but I did not see a forum for it.

Could I write about 2016 in this forum ??

Well

I have a win2016 server VM in a ESXi host as "desktop experience".

Office 2016 is also installed and other programs as "docuware client" citrix plugg-in and some tools ......

At the moment We are testing with only one user.

Once the session is started, after an undefined amount of time, the user can move the cursor, but nothing responds. Menu, icons at the task-bar.......
If we try to pick the session from other terminal we have the same .
If we start an administrator session from other pc, it works normally.
If we close the "damages" session and start again.... we can work more time.

I think that an application is producing this issue. But I don't know how to find the guilty.

Any idea ??

Have you tested with a clean install to verify it's an application? Seems if nothing else to go on, it'd be best to start clean, then add in apps until the issue resurfaces.
