Issue with Web Manager following upgrade from R9.1.12 to R11.0.4.2 2

Hi all,
Just upgraded to R11.0.4.2 and everything appears to be working OK. I can access the system using the Manager, Monitor and System Status apps without any issue at all.
One issue I'm having is when I access the IPO via the IP Address in a web browser, it lands on the page fine and I click on IP Office Web Manager and enter my credentials however the website hangs once I click log in.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

IPO 500 V2 now running R11.0.4.2 Essential Edition

Did you get any errors while upgrading? while upgrade, maybe you can check if the web management folder/files is also uploaded to the system sd card.

@icet500 Thanks for your reply. No errors when upgrading. I'll have to check the SD Card but would have thought if I can get to the login screen they would be on there? Will check though- Thanks.

Tried everything. Rebooted the IPO, checked the Administrator's security settings to ensure web manager access yet the below screen just hangs:

Did you upgrade the Web Manager as well?

Don't know about IP500 but on SE the login page doesn't look like that anymore.

Thanks everyone, I should probably rebuild the SD Card. I didn't experience any errors on the upgrade but excellent pick up @derfloh, @Janni78 & @Icet500.

Best not to take on these matters at 1.30am!
