(IPO R9.1 latest release with VMpro)
I have an issue with a customer that have 3 digit extension before we change for IPO ( 3XX ) and now he have 4 digit extn on the IPO( 3XXX )
I have an option 3 in my AA menu that is going to a menu test with ??? and a timeout of 3 sec. for the system to redirect either to the caller that dial option 3 or full new extension with the 4 full digit. That is working perfectly.
My problem is when the client dont listen to the new menu and keep dialing the 3 digits extension like in the old system. I thought that if i put an invalid in that menu that the vm will redirect the caller to main menu but doesn't work because the vm is waiting for the timeout and then transfert to the extension that have the option 3.
Any one have a hint to make this want fix easily?
I could say that i patch it temporary with many routing digit in that 3 menu but it's such a pain to program and want to know if there is an easier way to do it.
