Issue with UCA Release 4

Hi All,

I am having an issue with UC Advanced whereby the software appears to be working ok, i can see who is on the phone etc. but unable to dial from the UCA interface. The phone IP is recognized, the password is correct but it fails to dial.

Have you set the HCI options in the Class of service of the device?

Stupid question but do you have a license for the softphone assigned to the softphone ext?

UCA 4 requires .NET framework 4 to be installed, if your pc is still on .net 3.5 then this might be the issue
