Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, my apologies if not. I recently installed Trend Micro's Anti-Spyware for SMB and have it deployed to all of my clients and servers. On a few of the servers i am noticing the following error:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Perflib
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2003
Date: 1/11/2006
Time: 2:29:16 PM
User: N/A
Computer: NJSERVER
Description:
The configuration information of the performance library "C:\WINNT\system32\w3ctrs.dll" for the "W3SVC" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

Though the error appears to have nothing to do with this software, the instant i disable the Trend Micro services, this error no longer appears, and likewise when the services are re-enabled the error comes back. It appears approx every 3-5 minutes and always references the same file. The servers in question are all windows 2000 server standard SP4 . If anyone has encountered this same issue or has any advice, i would greatly appreciate anything you can offer. Thank you.
