Hello everyone 
We have a client who is running Server 03 Standard, where we have a 5-user CAL pre-existing for them to use.
We purchased another 5-user (Retail) Per-User CAL, and installed it. This was with internet activation, and it shows as activated. However, under "issued" it shows "Not Applicable" and no more than 5 users can utilize it.
If I go through "Activate" it shows as already activated, and if I Repeat Installation it errors out saying request cannot be processed.
