issue with printing and exporting

im using sql server and crystal xi

i have users that able to export to a pdf, from pdf. they try to export to excel, it wont let them.

they are able to go from enterpise to excel, but cant go from enterprise , to pdf, to excel.

is that something i can fix??

also, this clint is unable to print. is that network problem or something i can fix?

You can't export a PDF file to Excel. You could set up a job to export your report to PDF AND Excel or PDF OR Excel but you can't export to PDF and expect PDF to export to Excel.

When you say the client can't print, what exactly is the error?

Is that only from CR or any application? It doesn't sound like a CR issue.

its for crystal enterprise, when the try to print from there

Basic troubleshooting, but make sure that the correct printer drivers are installed on the client machine and that when you print, you select the appropriate printer from the printer dialog box. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.
