Issue with Polycom Conference Phones

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has ever had an issue with the Polycom Soundstations when you dial a number it will duplicate the enetered digits making it difficult to access a confernce call. This is on a CM 8.6 with the conference phones on a VG224 (MGCP). I have a few sites and all have the same issue. Thanks

It could be an echo causing the system to think the keys have been pushed twice each time, especially in rooms with hard walls and windows. Try turning the volume down to test it, or put a regular analog phone on it.

I'll give it a try. In one of the conference rooms I replaced a Sound Station with a 7937g and haven't had the problem.
