Issue with physical phone not ringing

Having an issue with calls going to extension 3019 that are not ringing the physical phone. They are going to another phone and goes to the GD Mbox Voicemail (ext 3000). Checked that call forward is not on, DND is not on

When you call DN to DN does it ring?

How are calls presented to the phone? Manual transfer or AA transfer?

Any calls made to the phone go directly to another extension.

Do Feature * 0 and press Intercom to see if it really is 3019.

Also be more clear....what DN does it Ring, then it forwards to GD or is it going straight into the GD when dialing 3019?

Is it forwarded. Press Feature # 4 to cancel forwarding.

The phone is not forwarded.

I am checking if it goes directly into Vmail. The site is in Vegas so I won't have that info for another hour.

What I was getting at is if it is not 3019 and 3019 says CFNA to vmail's DN yet it does not even have a mailbox it would then default to the GD.
