Issue with phone keeps ringing and no answer

Hi all,

I have an issue where a phone (ext 220) keeps ringing and on the screen I see N TRF 349.
When I answer the call it has no reply and the the #349 is not an extension.
Used the E600-->E603 and saw that 349 has 222.
I used CCC to deleted, but it still keeps ringing.
Does anyone know how to stop this ringing?

I have experienced the same issue, but there was a hardware issue at the time. (System - Topaz)

It could be a hardware issue.
Maybe this can stimulate the client the change that system
