Issue with Outlook and Snapshot viewer

I have a user who just upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007. Now when she tries to open a .snp file an error pops up saying "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed".

She is running XP SP3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007 and the snapshot viewer with no success.

Any ideas?

No one has responded so let me ask some questions that may help.

Which edition of Office 2007 does she have?
You are talking about Access reports and not photographs, right?
