Hello,
I am having a problem when any non-admin user goes into MS Word 2000 SP3 and goes File-> Open and then clicks on the button for their Favorites folder. The user will get an error that says: "Drive U: does not exist or is not accessible. Make sure you entered the correct drive". Drive U: is the system drive that houses the users roaming profiles (it is not a networked drive). I have drive U hidden but it can be accessed by the System. For instance, they can access their Favorites folder without an issue from IE. This happens for all non-admin users. I did some testing and found that the problem only happens on servers with Office SP3 (Office SP1 worked fine). Has anyone else seen or fixed this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Other Environmental details:
Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4
Citrix Metaframe XP SP3 FR2
