I'm getting an error Assoc Failed 00197793d3d3, could anyone help in regard to whether this is a phone issue or to focus on the APs? Thank you

the AP is refusing the association, and you are looking at the MAC of the AP, suggestions are check security on both, and try another AP.

also keep in mind that Wlan handsets cannot roam across subnets, so keep the APs in the same subent or you will need to turn your handset off and on every-time you go into a new subnet.
