Issue with NEC SL1000 24 Button Digital Telephone not recieveing calls

Hi all,

I have an issue with NEC SL1000 digital phone, where the phone ext 11 cannot receive any internal our external calls.
It can make out going calls.
What I saw on all the phones is that the ext 11 button is flashing and when you call it you see busy on it.
I tested the DND button and it showed 0 cancel, I pressed it but nothing happened.
Does anyone know if there a code that I need to enter to reactivate this extension?

If the Ext 11 button on all other phones is flashing and it does not have DND turned on, it could indicate all incoming calls to it are being forwarded offsite.

Does the display on Ext11 say: >>>>OFFSITE

Check settings in 24:09 for that ext number.
