issue with nam upgrade from 4.0.04e to 4.1

i just upgraded 4.1 nam from 4.0.04e and everything worked except
target line 218... it is answered by aa and it now get answered by the
prompt enter your mailbox password combination just like it was
getting 2 *'s any ideas... got 2 pri's and on last release of 5.0
mics non xc nam is co-res acd is at 3.60.0027......

Is there a mailbox built and initialized for a DN that is associated with your target line 218?
Sounds like the DID Digits passed path is beating the Answer Line path.

I had a problem like this. i went into the nam 4.1 and turned off redirect dn feature and it solved the issue.

I'm surprised that it only affected 1 target line. That is what threw me for a loop.
It is too bad that the redirect DN problem ever got out past quality control. It has caused a lot of problems.
