Issue with MLAA and Dial By Name

Hi all.

I need help with the AA setup using embedded voicemail on a 3300 MXEIII running ICP.7. For inbound calls, the caller must press 9 twice to get to dial by name. It successfully looks up and transfers the extension but if there is no answer, it transfers back to the main menu instead of going to the extensions voicemail. Does anyone know how to set up this transfer so that it "drops" the transferring extension and picks up the destination extension, allowing the unanswered call to go to voicemail box?

We had it working previously but lost our config when our voicemail got wiped out and our tech can't remember how they set it up before. They are now saying it can't be done.
 

I think for this to work as you describe you need to set 'enable supervised transfer' to 'yes' in the Voicemail Options form.
