We are using a shared "resouce" mailbox for task management. We have added a customized field for internal use. Everytime we update the field, it sends an update to the person that the task is assigned to. We want to stop that. This is used for management info only and doesn't need to go to the assigned person. Does anyone know how to turn off these kind of notifications?
