Hi guys,
Three weeks ago we had a problem with one of the library drivers. We noticed a problem as well with one media.
Since this problem, medias that were assigned to a daily/incremental monthly/full backups are not moving to a preset volume pool, created according to the retention periods.
As an example, I have a media that was used on Jan 4th/2012 and still, is under the online pool. By now, I should have that tape under the Weekly pool.
Any ideas what's going on?
The main problem is that now, we are running out of slots and all tapes remain under the Online pool.
