I have a site that we recently upgraded from 8.0 to 10.0.7 and installed a UCM. The upgrade was done in incremental steps as required and everything seems to be working fine, except for one small bug with the voicemail. However the issue I have is that when logged in to the system with Manager and I click on any entry in the Extension Form, the only extension that displays in the right-hand pane is the first one, the lowest Devise ID. So I am unable to modify the Base Extension number or any other field.
Sounds like I need to upgrade them again, but wanted to check with you guys and see if you have any ideas?
