Issue with Manager Extension Form

I have a site that we recently upgraded from 8.0 to 10.0.7 and installed a UCM. The upgrade was done in incremental steps as required and everything seems to be working fine, except for one small bug with the voicemail. However the issue I have is that when logged in to the system with Manager and I click on any entry in the Extension Form, the only extension that displays in the right-hand pane is the first one, the lowest Devise ID. So I am unable to modify the Base Extension number or any other field.

Sounds like I need to upgrade them again, but wanted to check with you guys and see if you have any ideas?

be sure to run the embedded file upload after every upgrade or new install

I tried today to login with Web Manager and see if that made a difference and when I did, it didn't display any digital telephones, only the analog and H.323. System Status shows 46 digital 1408 sets.
