Issue with Linksys WAG54G and VPN

Hi,

I am trying to set up a VPN connection to the company's network over a ADSL line with a Linksys 54G wireless device.
I can establish a VPN connection and I can ping servers in the company network. When I open Outlook or when I browse a server, everything freezes.

I have tried several MTU settings but without success.
Configuration of the Linksys is default.

Does anyone have an idea??
