Issue with IP Office 500v2 R11.1 and VM pro communication, Need help to resolve WebSocket error

We have Upgraded IP Office500v2 from 10.x to R11.1 and installed Fresh VM pro with IP Office Server R11.1 OVA (Linux).

When we try to configure IP Office 500 v2 to VM pro, getting below error:

Do you have the app server IP address under system>voicemail>voicemail IP address? Do you have the voicemail password set under the security settings for the IPO and matched in the Voicemail Pro client?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Yes, We have Set IP address of App server under system>voicemail>voicemail IP address --> IP Office

Yes, we have set 31 character password under IP office system's security and App server Applications --> Voicemail Pro - System Preferences.

Voicemail Pro client? : we have not set . Is this required ?

Setting it where you did is the same as setting it in the VMPro Client so that should be fine.

I had an issue with R11.1 accepting a 31 digit voicemail password in the security settings but not actually "liking" it and not syncing because of it. Make sure you do not include the word "voicemail" in the password (along with Administrator or security or password). Needs to have 1 capital, 1 lower case, 1 special character, no more then 3 digits in sequence.

Mine doesn't like special characters. It gave the big red X. I think it has the same limitations that the user names have.
